So I'm talking to Karen (an experienced mom) as I pull up to daycare to pick up Parker. It was raining and I noticed all the "good moms" holding umbrellas and/or blankets over their babies heads as they carried them out to the car.
I was like "Crap I don't have anything" (I have curly hair, rain or not the humidity has already turned me into a disco queen!) I told Karen- now all the "good moms" will talk about me.
Karen was like no... here's what ya do. When you go outside say "Look baby.. see if you can catch the rain drops with your tongue" And all the mom's will think you take a tactical approach to parenting and wish they hadn't taken the lazy way out with their stupid umbrellas... Genius!
