Aunt Karen

Last Friday was Grandparents Day at Parker's school. Parker would have loved to have any one of his Grandparents there unfortunately - logistically getting one of them to his school before 7AM was not going to be an option. (Brad's Mom and Dad live in another state) and My Mom has quite a drive to get to our side of town.

When I mentioned the pickle to Karen she insisted she go as his "special guest" so he didn't miss out on anything. I think the picture speaks for itself... you are truly a very special person in this boy's life. Thank you so much for always being there.


PS - Parker was so excited to take Aunt Karen around to show her his school. His only concern was he did not want to share her with Kate and he did not want me to stay and try to weasel in on their breakfast. (Sigh)
